A complete metalwork program for a beachfront resort — from the grand sunburst entry facade to the fan-motif railings that line every balcony and staircase. The Art Deco vocabulary runs continuously across the building's ocean-facing elevation, unifying lobby, restaurant, pool terrace, and upper floors under a single design language.

Bronze-aged steel panels, wrought iron balcony railings, integrated lantern columns, and floor-to-ceiling entry screens create a resort elevation that glows at dusk — reflecting in the infinity pool below.
